As a e- Learning student you are not out there alone. There are many resources available to you to assist you with your studies, help you get started, and to answer any questions that you may have. These include:

  The Mott Library webpage is your link to online research. The Mott Library subscribes to online databases that contain a wide variety of information. Many of the databases contain full-text journal, periodical, magazine, and newspaper articles. These databases include:

  • OCLC FirstSearch - a collection of 25 online databases, including CINAHL, ERIC, and Wilson Select Plus.
  • General Reference Center Gold - a multi-source, online database that provides information in current events, medicine, health, social issues and entertainment. About 70% of the citations include the full-text of the article.
  • Computer Database - computer-related product introductions, news and reviews in areas such as hardware, software, electronics, engineering, communications and the application of technology.
  • Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center - draws on the acclaimed social issues series published by Greenhaven Press, as well as core reference content from other Gale and Macmillan Reference USA sources to provide a complete one-stop source for information on social issues.
